Always a positive experience at OFCHC! We are in the fourth generation. All staff are all kind and respectful. OFCHC use Health365 and it is user friendly. I am able to make doctors appointments via phone or video call. I am also able to arrange repeat a prescription online without having to make a doctors appointment.

Love the care they provide for my parents. My parents are too sick to attend doctors appointments they would go the extra mile to visit my parents in their home and provide any medical/prescriptions or Vaccinations needed.
